Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using YourTidyPrime's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site and our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our professional cleaning services in Metro Manila, including without limitation the Metro Manila area, Makati, Taguig, Quezon City, and surrounding municipalities.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

YourTidyPrime provides comprehensive residential and commercial cleaning services throughout Metro Manila, with specific coverage areas and scheduling options designed for your convenience.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking Requirements

All cleaning service bookings must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance. For same-day emergency services, additional charges may apply based on availability and location.

Clients must provide accurate information about their premises, including access details, parking arrangements, and any special requirements or restrictions. False or misleading information may result in service cancellation or additional charges.

Payment is due upon service completion unless other arrangements have been explicitly agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, credit cards, and bank transfers for your convenience.

Important Note

Our service team will conduct a brief pre-service inspection to confirm the scope of work and ensure all areas are accessible before beginning cleaning operations.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service time receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours are subject to a 25% cancellation fee to cover scheduling and preparation costs.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 50% of the estimated service cost. This policy helps us maintain our commitment to our staff and other clients who depend on our services.

Weather-related cancellations for outdoor services will be rescheduled at no additional cost. We will contact you promptly to arrange an alternative appointment time that works with your schedule.

Rescheduling Options

Clients can reschedule their cleaning appointments up to 4 times per year without penalty, provided 24-hour notice is given. Additional reschedules may incur administrative fees.

Service Quality Commitment

Our services come with a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning service, contact us within 24 hours and we'll return to re-clean the specific areas at no additional charge.

We maintain comprehensive liability insurance coverage up to ₱2,000,000 to protect your property and provide peace of mind during our service visits.

Environmental Responsibility

We prioritize environmentally sustainable practices and use biodegradable cleaning solutions whenever possible to minimize our environmental impact while maintaining superior cleaning standards.

Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

Liability Limitations

YourTidyPrime's total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability.

We are not liable for damage to items that are fragile, antique, or have inherent defects. Clients must inform our team about valuable, delicate, or irreplaceable items before service begins.

In no event shall YourTidyPrime be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Service Disclaimers

While we strive for perfection in all cleaning services, results may vary based on the condition of surfaces, age of materials, and previous maintenance history. Some stains or damage may be permanent and cannot be fully reversed.

We do not guarantee the removal of odors, especially those caused by smoke, pet accidents, or long-term moisture issues that may require specialized treatment beyond standard cleaning services.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties beyond those explicitly stated in these terms. We reserve the right to refuse service for properties that may pose safety hazards to our staff.

Force Majeure

YourTidyPrime shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing services that is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, public health emergencies, labor disputes, or infrastructure failures affecting Metro Manila.

Intellectual Property Rights

Website Content

All content on the YourTidyPrime website, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of YourTidyPrime and is protected by Philippine and international copyright laws.

Clients may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on our website content without express written permission. This includes using our images, service descriptions, or branding materials for commercial purposes.

Permission is granted for clients to access and use our website for legitimate booking and information purposes only. Any unauthorized use may result in legal action.

Client Content & Privacy

Clients retain all rights to their personal information and property details. We collect and process personal data only as necessary to provide cleaning services and improve our operations in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

By using our services, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share client information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Client testimonials and before/after photos may be used for promotional purposes only with explicit written consent. We respect your privacy and property confidentiality at all times.

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time with appropriate notice. Clients may terminate recurring services by providing 48 hours notice to avoid charges for the next scheduled appointment.

YourTidyPrime reserves the right to terminate services immediately without notice for non-payment, breach of these terms, or if the client's property poses safety risks to our staff.

Upon termination, any unpaid amounts become immediately due and payable. Clients remain responsible for services already performed, regardless of subsequent service cancellation.

We will return any access keys or entry devices promptly after service termination. Clients should change locks if keys were provided for regular service access.
